Refund policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us at colormatchpaint@gmail.com or 718-552-2255 with your order number and reason for return.
• Custom-mixed paint is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part (wrong color, damaged in transit, etc.).
• Approved returns will be issued a refund to your original payment method after inspection.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
