Q: What if my color is a tricoat, pearl, or candy?
A: Some color codes require a special 3-stage process and a small surcharge. If your color is a tricoat, we’ll contact you before mixing with full details—no work is started without your approval.
Q: What if the color doesn’t match?
A: We mix your paint based strictly on the color code you provide, using the same process trusted by professional body shops. Because we do not have a physical sample of your car, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.
